(Services)

Brand, design and build.

Four ways I help founders and product teams. Most projects mix two or three of them.

01

UI/UX Design

Research-led product and web design, from information architecture and flows to high-fidelity UI that converts.

What’s included
  • Research, audits and analytics reviews
  • Information architecture and user flows
  • Wireframes to high-fidelity UI
  • Design systems and developer handoff
Good forNew products, redesigns and conversion problems
02

Conversational & Agentic AI

Designing assistants and agents people can steer, with clear handoffs, visible reasoning and graceful failure states.

What’s included
  • Assistant and agent interaction patterns
  • Tone, prompts and response design
  • Human handoff and failure states
  • Trust, privacy and user control
Good forTeams adding AI features to a product

03

AI Workflow Consulting

Mapping where AI genuinely helps your team, then redesigning the workflow around it rather than bolting a chatbot on top.

What’s included
  • Workflow mapping and opportunity sizing
  • Tool and model selection
  • Pilot design and success measures
  • Team enablement and playbooks
Good forTeams that know AI matters but not where it fits

04

Full-stack Prototyping

Working, coded prototypes you can put in front of users or investors, built to hand straight to your engineers.

What’s included
  • Coded prototypes in Next.js and React
  • Live AI behaviour, not mock-ups
  • Supabase data and auth
  • Documented components and handoff
Good forFounders validating an idea, teams de-risking a build

(Questions)

Good to know.

Do you work with clients in the US?

Yes. I’m based in the UK and work across UK and US time zones, and I’m in the US regularly.

Do you write production code?

I build working prototypes in code (Next.js, React, TypeScript, Supabase) and hand them over as documented components your engineers can take to production. [CONFIRM]

How does a project start?

With a short call about the problem, followed by a written proposal covering scope, timeline and price. [CONFIRM]

Can you join an existing product team?

[ANSWER — e.g. yes, as an embedded designer on a retainer.]
